Networked charging stations
With Janz Tec’s IoT edge gateways, the charging stations are reliably connected to the company headquarters via mobile networks. In addition to the payment process, updates to the user interface, the display of advertising banners, and software updates are also handled. We also take care of SIM card management with optimised data tariffs, thus providing additional relief for the customer’s day-to-day business.
Smart-Coffee
The status of the coffee machines is recorded and analysed using Janz Tec’s sensors and IoT gateways. This allows faults to be quickly identified and rectified in a targeted manner. Continuous monitoring also facilitates reliable maintenance and the timely refilling of vending machines.
With our solution, operators can recognize technical and logistical problems more quickly and react immediately. The Janz Tec IoT gateways ensure maximum availability of the devices.
Machine data acquisition
Machine data such as oil pressures and sensor values for mechanical wear are transmitted to a cloud platform via mobile communications. This data is transmitted in encrypted form to ensure that third parties cannot access the data. The customer benefits from an overview of current data and avoids previous manual work. In addition to the advantage of the automatic early warning system, the prerequisites for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance have been created.
